The production is based on secondary aluminium scrap, primary ingots, and various alloying elements.

General conditions:

Receipt of material, aluminum scrap:

Time: On working weekdays only, from Monday through Friday.

From 01 November through 31 March:   between 07:30 AM - 15:30 PM
From 01 April through 31 October:   between 06:30 AM - 18:00 PM
Place: Eurocast Ltd.Co., Mocsa, Komáromi út. 0460/3 hrsz., H-2911, Hungary

If the actual quality is different from the declared quality, the receipt may be rejected, or material may be accepted against a discount. This is also the case when such phenomena is observed during the unloading only.
In case of disagreement, the supplier must take care of the immediate reloading and transport of the material from Eurocast grounds.
We can only take over clean material physically free of iron, copper, zinc, lead, plastic, rubber, and other contaminants!

We take the right to analyse all material in our lab anytime..
All suppliers must declare that their material is free of explosive elements.
All suppliers are fully liable for losses due to any inferior material hidden in their aluminium scrap !

Technical conditions of classifying various qualities:

All supplied aluminium scraps should comply with the following:

a, castings:

0% grade castings: 0% iron content, clean and clear surface
2% grade castings: max. 2% iron content, max. 1% adhering contaminants (oil, dirt)
The above two grades must be supplied separately.
Size: max.100 kgs, and max. 50x50x80 cms per piece
If the two grades are supplied mixed, we can only take over for the price of the lesser grade.

b, profiles/sections:

(blank or painted, in bales, or in bulk with chargeable size)
alloyed: window frames, thin walled profiles/sections, various tubes
Blank and painted material must be supplied separately, otherwise if supplied mixed, we can only take over for a price of the lesser grade. (painted) Massive supporting pipes with thick walls should not be classified as "profiles/sections".
Size of bales: max. 50x50x80 cms
Max. length of bulk material: 80 cms
Copper content: max. 0,2%, Magnnesium content: max. 2%.

c, sheets:

(blank or painted, in bales or cut to chargeable size and fixed onto paletts)
unalloyed: offsetsheets from prining shops, licenceplates, pipe insulations, boilers
alloyed: low copper content, magnesium content max. 2%.
Size of bales: max. 50x50x80 cms
Size of bundles: max. 50 x 120 cm
Sheet thickness minimum 0,5 mm, cut/folded, moveable by forklift.

d, wire/cable:

(in bales, or cut and fixed into bundles)
alloyed: low copper content
unalloyed: blank/stripped cables, properzi rods,low tension wires, etc.
Size of bales: max. 50x50x80 cms, bundle size: max. 50 cms outer diameter
Material must be free of iron and other contaminants, without copper and lead joints.
Material must be moveable by forklift.
